2011 Property Projects!
Skinner Overlook is once again handling the grounds maitenance for us. Please remember to call the office with any requests you may have for Skinner and we will try to arrange for Skinner to perform them for you.
They will also be starting the fertilization on the property the schedule has be sent out to all residents before it begins.
Armstrong Fence
![]() has completed replacing the remaining dumpster enclosures on the property.
RL Lackey has been hired to install additional ventilation on all the buildings to help minimize the ice dams. Work will begin shortly and each building will be notified as to their start date.
Exterior Painting project was awarded to M. A. Falvey Painting again this year. They have completed all five buildings. The Interior Hallway Project was awarded to MA Falvey. They have completed work in hallways 38, 1, 2, 3 & 4. McKean Rug has replaced the carpeting in the hallways. Hallway 38 has received front and back carpets and the remaining hallways received back hallway carpeting. RPM Contacting and Painting (Robert Miszkin) was contracted to perform our "Siding Replacement" project once again this year. The buildings being completed this year will be 23, 24, 25, 26 & 27. All buildings are complete at this time and they are working on some minor repairs for us. Aspinwall Plumbing has finished the installation of the new on demand water heater in the Clubhouse.
Bogan Tree has finished the removal of six dead trees on the property along with some trimming of dead branches. We hope to do some major trimming next year if the budget allows for this.
![]() New England Sealcoating has completed both the upper tennis court and all the parking lots along with some pavement repairs. This was a huge project and we thank all the residents for the cooperation during the process.
As you all are aware the Swipe Card System has been installed. Every resident should be in receipt of at least one card depending on your status as a tenant, or an owner. This card system will help monitor all entries to the facilities which in turn will help us identify any vandalism. This is the only access to the clubhouse building during the hours that the office is closed. You will still need your key to get into the gym, and hot tub area.This card will also serve as your pool pass. Please make sure you bring your card with you when using the pool. If you do not have your swipe card with you, you will not be allowed access to the pool. No exceptions! This will help us in preventing uninvited guests to the pool.
