April 8th Meeting Notes
The Board approved the updates to the Rules and Regulations and they are available to owner's on SenEarthCo
.
The Board also chose Ridge Construction for the siding repairs on building 33-38 with Liberty Painting painting these buildings.
Hallways 10-14 will be painted by MA Falvey.
March 11th Meeting Notes
The Board reviewed the Rules and REgulations in order to make them more current. A final reading will be done at the April meeting.
The Board also approved the discounted Water Heaters that Rittershaus Plumbing has offered for those residents that are interested.
February
11th Meeting Notes
The Board chose a vendor to reface the Clubhouse kitchen cabinets. A new countertop will also be installed. The new look with greatly improve the look of the kitchen.
The Board also began to review the Rules and Regulations booklet to update this as well. They will review the book again before the updated book is printed
The office is working with a plumber on offering a program to replace the water heaters and washing machine hoses. If enough residents sign up they can benefit from a discounted price.
January 14th Meeting Notes
The Board reviewed the upcoming water pipe project and will begin the process to review the Rules and Regulations to make any necessary changes that may be needed.
