Hingham Woods Condominium is managed by The Niles Management Company.

While the Niles Company takes great pride in the management of the property, sales and rentals for the condominiums are handled by the unit owners.

The on site manager is Amy McGrath and the Maintenance Superintendent is Bob Lowe. The Niles Company is a professional management company that has been in business for over 100 years.
